What Montreal Makes:

Montreal makes many different blends of flour used in various finished goods, including bread, buns, rolls, pizza, pastries, crackers and many other products. The Montreal Mill can produce more than 750,000 kg of flour per day

Where Does Montreal Get its Wheat?

The Montreal community mill brings top-quality flour to our customers in Canada. Montreal receives Canadian grown hard and soft spring wheat primarily from the prairies of western Canada.
